Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lumiere Studios' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Studio Booking and Reservations

Studio bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Reservations may be subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service. Booking times include setup and breakdown periods within the scheduled slot.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Equipment Usage

Rental equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and studio policies. Users are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Professional operation knowledge is required for specialized equipment.

Studio Conduct

All users must conduct themselves professionally and respect studio property. Dangerous, illegal, or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited. The studio reserves the right to terminate any session for violation of conduct policies.

Liability and Insurance

Users are responsible for their personal property and equipment. Lumiere Studios is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Commercial projects may require proof of insurance coverage.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required to confirm bookings. Additional charges may apply for overtime, equipment damage, or extra services. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

Intellectual Property

Users retain all rights to content created during studio sessions. Lumiere Studios may request permission to use select work for promotional purposes with proper attribution.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lumiere Studios operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through proper legal channels in the appropriate jurisdiction.
